We work on both UK and international searches and have a very strong network within our functional area to call upon to help us source candidates in new locations.Interim searches undertaken include senior generalist HR roles as well as specialist senior positions in a full range of HR disciplines, including Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent, OD, Change, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and SSC/GBS implementation, amongst others. We operate at a the senior Interim level, from manager and business partner to CHRO or group leadership roles. Our approach is characterised by building strong, long-term relationships, expert knowledge of the function and an understanding of the challenges facing organisations in an ever changing economic, technological and regulatory environment.
