This also included the time sensitive deprecation of an existing A/R solution, mitigating risk associated with end-of-life support needs.• Facilitated discussions that cultivated dozens of high-value feature enhancements for the Comcast Advertising financial application landscape.• Successfully led the development process and launch of the multi-factor authentication (MFA), the Comcast cybersecurity requirement that protects customers and Comcast data by strengthening user identity and authentication for thousands of customers accessing our client and affiliate portal / applications. • Led the definition and coordination for the unified vision of the Administrative MFA Dashboard, which assists internal/external customer with users’ access across all external-facing applications.• Core contributor to the Billing Transformation project (current initiative) assisting in the reduction of billing systems and the support of impression-based billing based on advertising industry trends and business needs. This includes the creation of a refreshed and more modern self-service customer portal, a new billing platform to unlock our ability to produce impressions invoicing on actual campaign delivery at scale, the automation of financial and accounting back-office processes, and the need to s shift streaming spot invoicing to delivered impressions invoicing, ensuring that clients only pay for what has been delivered.
