EXECUTIVE GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES – GERMANY, EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE. I founded AWWL in 2002. My company first offered its services locally, later nationally and after a few years internationally. This has become our specialisation: worldwide chauffeured services in business sedans, luxury limousines and minivans for discerning clients for whom one thing matters above all: absolute reliability, the utmost precision and the dedication needed to always achieve the best for one\'s clients. Chauffeured Transportation is a people\'s business. It is important to understand the customer. We give support in the most sensitive area of the entire travel chain, the last-mile-transportation. Nothing can go wrong here, because there is rarely a fallback solution. It\'s important to understand the driver, because he has to perform on the spot, with composure, and concentration, and sometimes with a lot of empathy. It is important to understand the local operator, because he has the local responsibility. He has to manage a turbulent daily operational routine, and needs creativity and the necessary overview to do so. How can all this be achieved? With a lot of experience, with the ability to anticipate, with a high degree of understanding, with supportive encouragement and sometimes with relentless clarity. If you create a good balance out of this, then you can provide a remarkable service. Day after day. What I teach my team: the most important thing for business success is creating human connections, building trust and proving every day that you really deserve it.
