I’m building software for a shift that is becoming unavoidable: as AI moves into real-world systems, execution can’t stay centered in the cloud. It has to move closer to where decisions are made, where latency matters, and where systems need to keep working regardless of network conditions.At Peeriot, we’re building Myrmic, an open-source runtime layer for the physical edge. Our goal is to turn fragmented edge infrastructure into a programmable surface for application logic across devices, gateways, and servers — so teams can build autonomous and industrial systems with less infrastructure overhead and far better operational reliability.Myrmic is designed to address the part most teams still build the hard way: execution, communication, state, and placement across heterogeneous edge environments. That creates a stronger software foundation for systems that need local intelligence, resilient operation, deterministic behavior, and a consistent operational context across the stack.On top of that, we’re building EdgeVance as the commercial operating layer for production deployments — adding fleet and deployment control, security and governance, OTA and lifecycle management, and the compliance and certification capabilities enterprises need to run these systems at scale. This is where open-source adoption turns into repeatable enterprise value.My background spans product, engineering, scalable technical infrastructure, and B2B execution.
