About Raleigh Wooldridge
I am the Director of Strategic Programs at Exolaunch, leading operational and strategic initiatives in support of the CEO and executive leadership team.I am a graduate of Northwestern’s dual-degree program through the Kellogg School of Management (MBA) and McCormick School of Engineering (MS in Design Innovation). During my MBA, I pursued finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship including internships with VC firms (Space.VC), Blue Origin (Corporate Development), and Firefly Aerospace (Strategy and Government Affairs). In my previous role as Senior Associate at Renaissance Strategic Advisors, a strategy consulting firm specializing in the global aerospace and defense markets, I led 45+ projects spanning strategy development, competitive intelligence, and M&A advisory with a specialty in space and dual-use/commercial technologies. Outside of work and school, I am active in young professional organizations in the space industry, serving as Treasurer of Space Generation Advisory Council, participating in IAF\'s Young Professional International Project Management Committee, and launching Kellogg\'s Aerospace Management (KARMAN) club. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering through the Engineering Honors Program.
