I identified, developed, and analyzed highly complex, evolving information technology emerging from Open SystemsEnvironment standards (OSE) to design the IRS Standards Architecture. I serve as the computerscience expert on project teams conducting solicitation evaluations, complex systems testing, analysis, and benchmarking across agency and government-wide.* I formulate models, analysis, audit, risk management, and simulations for the verification and validation of proposed IT systems.* I consult, develop, and manage risk on complex problems relating to design, risk analysis, and development of integrated systems using emerging and enhanced technologies and standards and maintain impact initiatives.* I maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of configuration management to ensure the validity and orderlymigration paths of all IT systems.* I provide complete analysis and ensure projects are in compliance both external and internal to the agency to achieve project impact initiatives.
