I\'m a woman (She/Her) that uses Linkedin to get inspired, get in touch with people and stay up to date. I strive from connecting people to each other and learning from people I don\'t find next to me. If we add each other, let\'s chat! Originally from Western Africa and born and raised in France. I am very proud of that background that helped shaping who I am and what I stand for. Always keen to exchange on why/how our background help us or our group to shine bright on this planet. I am a proud member of the 2hearts community As a Country Manager Germany, I was leading the business development of a French and a Belgian company on the German market. I was juggling between a full-stack sales, project management and leading position. During my previous experiences, I realized that I was very excited about establishing genuine/personal relationships and creating exciting initiatives and spaces where people feel safe, heard and represented. Therefore in 2022, I decided to discover the HR world. This was very enriching as it helped me shaping my horizons and identify which values I want to bring to a team and business. I won\'t make a list of hobbies/likes as I try to be open to new topics, activities and to learn everyday. But, maybe I can mention that I don\'t like celery?
