   I lead a 90-member technology organization advancing our digital transformation. I am the single-threaded owner of a configurable policy administration system (PAS) migration platform that we built from the ground up, which enables comprehensive analysis, planning, data transformation, validation, and workflows. We are building a system to accelerate insurance product development and manage product data. In parallel, we drive the data and integration strategy powering AI, automation, and actionable insights across Product and Operations Technology.
