About Rakshit Monga
Hello. My name is Rakshit Monga. In my current role as social media manager with Vision Specialists Corp, I drive social media ( Meta, Pinterest & Youtube ) strategy and content creation using various AI tools like Canva, Gemini, Nano Banana & Flow. I am also responsible for driving strategic dara driven descissions using Analytics. I started my online marketing career as search analyst with a digital marketing agency in Delhi. I worked as team leader for US based ecommerce clients. In a short duration of 3 months, my seniors decided to promote me as team leader, but I wanted to explore growth in social media, rather than search marketing. So I took another job with social media agency and used my analytical skills to create ORM reports for various clients.Soon I took bigger challenges and changed jobs to manage bigger social media and content marketing teams with ecommerce startups like Lenskart.com, etc. In various organizations I worked with Stanford, Wharton, Howard, IIM and IIT alumni. I worked directly with the founders of the startups to drive growth. Working with various ecommerce and online startups is just one part of my digital experience. I also worked with various Fortune 500 brands like Sony, Whirlpool, TOI, HT & PnbMetlife on various digital initiatives. I have always been hungry for learning and the learning with accountability is what make me as a critical asset for any company I work with.
