   Assisting in identifying design options for systems infrastructure. • Interacting with Solutions Architects, other Engineers and vendors to adjust designs to meet the customer’s needs. • Taking direction from Technical Subject Matter Experts, as well as assisting delivery personnel (PM, Post sales engineers) on client and project specific tasks required for customers. • Performing the build, configuration, testing and maintenance of servers, storage, virtualization and networking related hardware and software • Eagerly engage clients in identifying issues, options, and desired outcomes. Develop a clear picture of the needs and best options from the client’s perspective • Developing design/testing/implementation and change control documentation • Meeting schedules and goals for assigned tasks. • Tracking project tasks against project plan and meet project milestones. • Providing status to management on assigned tasks as required. • Communicating technical information to non-technical personnel, vertically and horizontally within an organization. • Assisting with the definition, development, installation and administration of solution demonstrations in the Computacenter US labs. • Working in conjunction with other Solution Architects and teams to create, maintain and publish a set of written procedures and best practices for the delivery of pre and post-sales engineering services to customers. • Providing after-hours on-call support. • Supporting local vendor relationships within the Region.
