About Rakshitha Govindaraju

I started my career with Digital Marketing and my experience there went on to define a major part of my career. I began content writing with a DM agency that catered to the Hospitality industry. It gave me the opportunity to meet and work with professionals from different fields, giving me a taste for business and networking. I then transitioned into Social Media Marketing and PR. I come from a multicultural family and a metropolitan city that made me learn five different Indian languages at a very young age. So it goes without saying, communication has always been my biggest strength. It put me in trouble a lot, but I\'ve learnt to leverage the trait. I enjoy writing short-form copy, be it a witty ad or a caption for your friend\'s social media post. Being an avid reader, I am able to reproduce the information in the form of long-form content. From poetry to stories, creatives to blogs, and letters to books- I\'m a sucker for all. Due to my personal interest, I went on to educate myself on Mental Health, Conservation of the Environment, Human Rights, Animal rights, and other aspects of activism. I enjoy art in most forms and published a book in 2018 for the love of writing and self-expression. Keen on collaborating with other artists, activists and business developers if it means we can create something beautiful together. Once we are done with that, we can get a cup of coffee and talk about dogs, cats, movies, books, movies, or pretty much anything as long as there\'s a piece of cake beside the coffee cup! Cheers!
