Currently I head up the SAP Recruitment positions for different SAP modules: SD,MM,FICO,PP,QM,CS,PM,MDM,MDG,EWM,TM,MM,ABAP,Basis, SAP ARCHITECT POSITIONS AND SAP Project/Program Managers/Program Directors/* My goal is to take your career requirements and match them with the best role available for you.* Handling end to end recruitment and job postings in the Internet, portals, LinkedIn and updating the jobs as needed.* Searching internal data bank and the Job postings in Internet to find the best candidates for all open job requirements.* Screening candidates by telephonic interview and make sure the candidate has no issues to provide required details for the submission.* Coordinating walk in drives with bulk hiring.* Get the detail understanding of the job description given by the client.* As per the requirements Sourcing and screening the right candidates through various sources like Job Portals, references, social networking sites, job postings, referrals and registered database* Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to identify \"best-fit\" candidates on basis of their competencies viz language, interest, skills, qualification, work experience etc.* Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization.* Scheduling interviews and follow-ups.* Coordinating with the candidates till the final interview & Frequent interaction with candidates until he/she is on board* Ensuring joining and follow-ups.* Maintaining daily Reports
