Coordinate execution and lifecycle management of syndicated and bilateral loan and primary issuance transactions, including new deals, refinancing, amendments, and waivers across Europe and the USA. Maintain adherence to operational risk frameworks, control standards, and KYC/AML compliance throughout transaction execution. Support process improvement, reporting, and IT system efficiency initiatives to strengthen execution and post-trade accuracy. Act as first point of contact for arrangers, lenders, and borrowers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth deal settlement and administration.
