I am currently deployed by HCL Technologies to On-Site working location @Collins Aerospace-> Currently Handling Boeing Program Implementation and Development of Cargo System Assemblies ->Driving Continious Improvement for the reduction of cycle time and eliminating NVA activities by Developing Jigs and Fixtures for existing and new Assemblies->Prepration of Manufacturing Order,Bill of Materials (BOM), Configuration Impelmentation and Control, Work Instruction Creation->Prepration of Process flow diagram, PFMEA and Control Plan accordingly for the assembly failure and analysis with CFT team to overcome it->Having good knowledge on Heat Treatment process and 2d drawings (assembly)
