Analyze the job failures in billing issues, finding the impacted account and fixing it if any bill block or any profile values missing etc.• Analyze the incidents in billing related to out of balance bucket, out-sorting group, profile values missing for interval meters etc. Resolved it on priority.• Resolved Bill print related issues in comparing the bill forms, SAP systems charges like balance forward, credit and due charges and suggested to technical fix if any code issue in bill form.• Reviewed and identified the issues, suggested the enhancement required to the technical team as per the client requirements in terms of certain fields or any more data needs to get in the output.• Change request process and deployment to production for rate change, price change of customers.• Worked on Budget Billing plan scenarios for specific customers.• Analyze the invoices which are not printed due to OOB.• Monitor the Meter reads updated from MDM with S/4 Hana for some specific customers and resolving it.
