About Rakshith Rajkumar

A proactive M.S. in Information Systems student at Northeastern University, specializing in Cryptocurrency and Smart Contract Engineering, with two years of experience as an STIBO MDM Developer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. In the Master Data Management Domain, I utilized STIBO STEP MDM for a prominent US pharmaceutical retail client. My role encompassed constructing workflows for suppliers to seamlessly onboard products. Additionally, I developed JavaScript-based business rules per client requirements and created Web UIs for product onboarding and maintenance. During my first semester, I focused on Application Engineering and Development (AED) and Web Design and User Experience Engineering. In AED, I honed Java skills, particularly with the Java Spring framework, delving into object-oriented programming and design principles. In Web Design and User Experience Engineering, I covered full-stack development, from basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to advanced technologies like TypeScript, React.js, MUI5, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. In my ongoing second semester, specializing in Cryptocurrency & Smart Contract Engineering, I\'m delving into the function and deployment of smart contracts using Solidity and Rust. This involves comprehensive learning about blockchain network design, architecture, and operation. I\'m also exploring Web 3 libraries like web3.js, ether.js, and open Zeppelin, along with frameworks like Foundry and Hardhat. Simultaneously, in Database Management and Database Design, I\'m immersed in designing systems from a data perspective for engineering and business applications. Topics include data modeling, E-R diagrams, fundamental concepts of database management systems (DBMS), relational design, SQL, data normalization, and data-driven application design. In my spare time, I embark on projects utilizing Web 3.0 tools and libraries, complemented by blogging on web3 concepts to enhance my skills. Eager to contribute to cutting-edge web3 products, I am passionate about realizing the disruptive potential of blockchain technologies. I am actively seeking opportunities that will facilitate my growth in this domain.
