Role & Responsibilities: • Working as a civil executive in maintenance and project department and having a grip in water proofing work and also successfully completed the refurbishment of Green Island, Document store building and Mechanical workshop building to convert into office space.• Analysis and designing of office building, worker rest shed cum dining area, compound wall, storm water drain at solar plant area etc.• Working in a ICT-4 Transformer and GIS extension project with lead civil engineer from client side.• Under my observation and monitoring we completed the permanent horizontal lifeline installation work on generation unit roof, refurbishment of Intake well building, Rain water harvesting project, compound wall work, Labor rest shed building, Decorative painting works, Sheeting work etc.• I’m the certified maintenance authorized person for execution of PTW procedure by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards by following ISO:14001, ISO:45001, and ISO:55001.• Maintaining records and documentation for all activities and building inspection, manage material stock and its quality, responsible for managing maintenance cost and budgeting, ensuring compliance to standards, procedures and best practices, coordinating with functional groups for technical services.• Conducted regular inspections of infrastructure assets to identify potential issues and develop preventive/ corrective action plans, resulting in improved safety and longevity of assets.• Responsible for contractor management, turn around and shutdown coordination and execution.• Led a team of 6 maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.• Responsible for plant reliability, integrity of plant, timely completion of jobs, ability to minimize production/quality loss in event of unplanned failure, smooth take overs of new projects.
