About Raksha Srinivasan
With over 10 years in talent acquisition, I\'ve had the privilege to work with TA teams of MNCs, consulting firms and start-ups. What I bring to the table is strategic recruitment and nurturing top talent across industries. I\'ve had the opportunity to build HR and business teams from the ground up, enhancing employer branding, and streamlining processes for start-ups and mid sized firms. My experience spans vendor management, inhouse sourcing and headhunting, hiring across diverse industries, roles, and levels. Some of the interesting aspects of my role in consulting and start-ups have been working on special projects like time motion studies to analyze employee productivity and orchestrating programs such as achiever\'s clubs for outstanding employees, cost optimization projects, compensation benchmarking and competitor landscape mapping as TA- Ops initiatives and the quest to keep the learning curve steep, continues.As a book and cat lover, I bring a unique blend of empathy and insight to my work. My passion lies in identifying and mentoring diamonds in the rough, guiding them to become exceptional recruiters.
