As a QA Analyst at Visibly, I worked closely with the Ecommerce team to help deliver the company’s revamped NextDayContacts website along with their partners websites and admin portal. I was able to accomplish this by reviewing and analyzing product and design documentation to create thorough and effective test cases, as well as working closely with developers to resolve bugs and defects as features were being built. Additionally, some of the tools that our project team utilized to fulfill our objectives were, Jira for overall project management, Xray for our test case management, and for our regular communication we used slack and google meet.
