I am a Brandon Hall Certified Learning Strategist and a seasoned learning professional with experience in formulating the L&D workflows, managing high performing teams, analyzing the business needs and conceptualizing appropriate change management solutions. With my hands deep into generating learning experiences with simple engagement models and operationalizing the processes, adapting to new technologies at the speed of light and experimenting with the latest tools available in the industry and currently planning to park my areas of interest in AI, AR/VR in the OD space.
