25 years of industry experience, with strong focus on eCommerce application suits within B2B & B2C space. Led end to end delivery of large-scale legacy transformation projects helping clients pivot to the newer technologies like Golang, Elasticsearch, Redis (a database cache and message broker). I have been involved starting from defining customers digital road map to building their automation journey. Self being a technologist I understand customer business both from the business as well as the IT point of view. Being a certified SAFe agilist, I have led multiple agile sessions both with the clients IT as well as the business teams. One of the major transformations where I led the team and transformed the entire B2B application stack from a completely monolith to Microservices architecture.All in all, I have experience starting from transitioning large projects to defining their transformation road map to creating the automation journey and implementing them with stringent SLAs and KPIs.
