As an experienced Agility Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, I have over 13 years of experience in the Banking Domain, Business Intelligence, and Machine Learning Models. I am a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner professional and have completed training from the Kanban University, where I am a Certified Kanban Practitioner.I have an in-depth functional knowledge and experience of Regulatory Sanctions and Compliance, FATCA, and Credit Risk IT. My expertise in Sanctions and AML products, such as Fortent-Anti Money Laundering Product of N.I.C.E 1(Actimize) and OEDQ-Oracle Enterprise and Data Quality Tool for screening, has allowed me to work as a functional and technical SME in all aspects of regulatory compliance and system execution.As a project manager, I have managed multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodology, aligning resources, and removing roadblocks to ensure deadlines were met. I regularly assessed the team\'s and organization\'s Scrum maturity and coached 4 junior-level Scrum master\'s to lift maturity levels, achieving fully productive team sprints.I have worked closely with product owners to understand product scope and priorities, creating user stories from business requirements for defining the product scope. I create and/or maintain key product documentation such as customer journey maps, technical specs, process mapping, etc. I identify and define key non-functional requirements such as security, availability, performance, etc. to achieve necessary product metrics.I am also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner with knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
