ABOUT RAKHI KUMARI

I’m a recent BBA graduate with a passion for building people-first workplaces through thoughtful and data-driven Human Resources practices.My internship experiences at Tata Steel, Caasdi Global, and the Muskurahat Foundation have given me hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce diversity.At Caasdi Global, I contributed to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation, while also participating in workshops focused on compliance and HR best practices.At Tata Steel, I worked on a project aimed at enhancing gender diversity on the shop floor, analyzing workforce data to identify gaps and recommending actionable strategies.Earlier, during my time at Muskurahat Foundation, I engaged with donors and led fundraising efforts to support underprivileged children, which helped me in developing key interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.I enjoy solving people-centric challenges, collaborating across teams, and exploring how HR strategy can drive organizational growth and culture.Currently seeking full-time opportunities in Human Resources where I can continue to learn, contribute, and grow.Let’s connect and exchange ideas around People, Culture, and the future of work.
