Research topic – (a) Qualification of total IgG Endpoint Titer for Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Fusion protein.(b) Evaluating vaccine-mediated cellular immunogenicity of M72 antigen paired with clinical adjuvants against M.tb in male and female mouse models of tuberculosis (TB). • Significantly contribute to preclinical projects evaluating vaccine efficacy by multi-color flow cytometry in M.tb and nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) mouse models. • Responsible for performing multicolor (18/19 and 12/13 color panels) flow cytometry preclinical experiments, analyzing flow data evaluating innate and adaptive cell markers, cytokines, immune responses, summarize results and write reports for NIH. • Provide training to teammates in all steps of flow cytometry experiments in lab and data analysis. Oversee technical staff, coordinate experiments and guide on data analysis. • Contribute to writing and review of manuscripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Responsible for presenting scientific work internally and externally.• Assess immunological endpoints and candidate vaccine efficacy against a range of pathogens M.tb, NTM, SARS-CoV2 and RSV. • Manage clinical and preclinical projects, order reagents and work in highly collaborative team. • Designed and lead qualification assays by ELISA measuring precision, linearity, and specificity of total IgG Endpoint Titer against RSV Fusion proteins strain A and B. • Clinical trials: 21-0012 (Ph1 SARS-CoV-2), (Ph1 SARS-CoV-2), (Ph1 SARS-CoV-2), CyanVac BA.5 Phase 1, DMID MOMI-VAX, HDT Bio. • PreClinical: IMPAcTB contract, R61 and C17 grant. • Experience working in BSL3 containment facility.
