Generating leads and potential business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.Build and maintain relationships with various companies, organisations and employers to develop placement opportunities for students.Focusing and playing a major role in generating revenue and meeting the targets set.Regularly tracking and reporting on business development activities, including performance metrics and ROI.Providing guidance and mentoring to junior business development team members.Interact with students to understand their interests and skills and provide guidance and support throughout the placement process.Connect with employers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and expectations and match them with suitable candidates from the pool of students.Advertise job openings, internship opportunities through various channels such as telegram, LinkedIn and social media etc.Review resumes, submitted by students, conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for further consideration by employers.Schedule and co-ordinate interviews between employers and candidates, ensuring that both parties are informed about the time, location and any specific requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate records of Placement activities, feedback and evaluation reports.Providing support and guidance, resume writing assistance, interview preparation and other relevant guidance to candidates to enhance their employability.Track the progress of students during their Placement period, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.Gather feedback from employers and students to assess the effectiveness of the placement process and make necessary improvements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, as well as identifying new potential clients.
