Successfully challenging the Department of Leveling Up, Homes and Communities on the level of developer commitment to building safety, achieving a deal that materially reduces developer financial exposure by c60%; 3. Achieving 40% reduction in legal spend and increasing quality of legal advice through creating an internal legal function.
