I am a mission-driven leader with 18+ years of experience advancing equity at the intersection of education, housing, and social services. I have led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and built cross-sector partnerships that improved quality of life for youth, adults, and communities facing systemic barriers.Currently, I serve as Director of Regional Support at the NYC Department of Education, overseeing strategic initiatives that reduce chronic absenteeism, expand access to resources, and ensure students in temporary housing receive the services they need to thrive. Previously, I directed programs with Volunteers of America and Homes for the Homeless, where I strengthened organizational capacity, developed staff, and aligned operations with long-term goals.I thrive at the intersection of leadership development and community engagement, mentoring teams and cultivating partnerships that drive sustainable impact. I am now pursuing VP, SVP, or Executive Director roles where I can guide mission-driven organizations, influence strategy, and expand opportunities for underserved communities.
