Involvement in Submittals log as well as Material Tracking log by coordinating with subcontractors in order to keep the project on schedule. Capturing every week site pictures by Insta-360 to report project progress and for OAC meetings. Making Open submittals and RFI logs in Procore for every week meetings. One of unique responsibility is making Indoor Air Quality Report for interior lab fit out project in Green Badger by LEED ID+C V4. Following up subcontractors with open submittals status and updates regarding material delivery onsite. Verifying each and every product data by comparing with finishing schedule standards set up by design team.
