My primarily responsibility at Worldpay includes managing Linux & OpenShift DevOps platform and provide support to troubleshoot issues, patching of servers in Test/ Pre-Production and Production environment and keep them secure against vulnerabilities & resolve critical Incidents within SLA.Major roles do include-1) Update configuration using Ansible and patch deployment and Experience & knowledge of Infrastructure and Application Automation tools (e.g. Ansible & Puppet).2) System activities, user account management, managing file systems (VXFS, EXT & GFS2), customization and hardening of servers, hardware status monitoring, performance tuning and security services.3) Deployment of various Security tools like Fire eye, DCS, BMC etc.4) Hands-on experience in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and majorly expertise in OpenShift platforms.5) Responsible to troubleshoot hardware and operating system related issues. Managing and coordinating with different application Teams during outage activity to ensure the high availability of application with minimum downtime.Experience in DevOps : 1) Shell Scripting 2) Basics of Python3) VMware Virtualization4) Control Version & Management - GitHub5) Configuration management Tools - Ansible, Puppet 6) Container Technologies - Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes7) Cloud Platform AWS/GCP/Azure 8) Data Analytics Fundamentals - AWS 9) OpenShift Platform support - Designing and Implementation of Cluster On-Prem and Cloud Infra.10) Management of VMware infrastructure.
