   I began my career at Mphasis (an HP company), where I spent 7 years leading IT operations and global service delivery for clients in retail, automotive, banking, and travel. In this role, I honed critical skills in operational governance, process improvement, people leadership, and client partnership. I successfully managed complex transitions, coached large frontline teams, and implemented process innovations that improved service quality at scale. These experiences built the foundation for my ability to lead large-scale operations with a balance of structure, agility, and people-first leadership.In 2012, I joined Target, one of the world’s largest retailers, to bring that operational discipline into HR. Over the past 13+ years, I’ve grown into the role of Director – HR Shared Services, where I oversee global shared services, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce strategy for team members across stores, supply chain, and corporate functions.At Target, I have championed initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career development, while driving process innovation through automation and AI adoption. By standardizing HR shared services at scale, my team and I helped free capacity for HR and retail teams to focus on the work that matters most — supporting team members with empathy, care, and kindness, ultimately enhancing both the team member experience and guest experience.My journey reflects a consistent theme: whether in IT or HR, I build high-performing operations that empower people and deliver business impact.
