Working with Insurance providers like (MetLife, UHC etc.) to resolve discrepancies. Handling client escalations. Involved in High Risk Process Audits. Handling critical activities like Payroll, DBP (Direct Billing and Payments), COBRA, Workflows, Annual Enrollment and ICAT/Acceptance Testing. Financial and SLA Reporting. Creating and managing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures). Coaching and Mentoring new team members. Manage and assign daily inventory including adhoc work to the team. Taking client and onshore calls on weekly basis to share updates on pending items and planning to complete the tasks. To identify process improvement opportunities to streamline the process. To identify potential production defects and submit via defect submission process. Setup the new processes per the client requirement. Repeat Case Analysis. Repeat Calls Analysis. Root Cause Analysis. Collaborating with multiple teams and vendors to meet client requirements and end to end solutions for client & customers. Worked and working on different tools like : JIRA, JAMA, Mainframe, HRx Assist, Share point, Lotus notes, Clear sight etc.
