As a key member of 2nd LoD within Operational Risk governance team, lead RCSA assessments, liaise with 1st LoD across divisions on Treatment Plan actions, risk management activities etc, provide guidance/oversight on risk & control triggers. As part of 2nd LoD within ERM team, manage maintenance and reporting of Risk Appetite metrics and KRIs, including establishment and reporting of materiality thresholds.
