I am a Senior System Operations Engineer with a 17-year foundation in managing mission-critical platforms—a journey that began with my service in the Indian Navy. My current focus is bridging the gap between traditional reliability engineering and the future of Agentic AI.Currently, I am specializing in the design of Agentic RAG frameworks and multi-agent systems (using Agno and LangGraph) to automate root cause analysis and eliminate manual toil in complex enterprise environments. My goal is to transition from monitoring large-scale banking platforms to building the self-healing AI systems that manage them.To support this transition, I am concurrently pursuing an Executive Post Graduate Programme in Applied AI & Agentic AI from Bangalore and a Master’s in Data Science from LJMU, where my dissertation focuses on automating incident classification for high-availability platforms.
