I am a Project Manager with a total work experience of over 12 years in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, CRM, Banking & Call center domain. I am currently associated with Gallagher as a Project Manager - Application Development for Europe, Middle East & Asia Division since September 2017. Before joining Gallagher I was associated with Tata Consultancy Services & ICICI Lombard GIC. I have worked in Greenfield as well as Brownfield Projects where the Projects have been developed Inhouse, delivered by Vendor and Procured as a Product. I have experience of setting up an application development team as well. I have completed Insurance Institute of India’s Licentiate certification and am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Additionally also managing Tech Procurement.
