I was given the directive and responsibility of setting up, implementing, and leading end-to-end strategic and design operational frameworks for the same.Headed the Group’s building projects across RE (High-end senior living and township), Concessionaire, and EPC sector. Consistently, achieved business targets with respect to design.Here I was able to establishing the overall design strategy to ensuring alignment with business objectives, developing work structuring of design processes, instituting test fits and feasibility assessments, product sustainability and identification, and capacity and capability building.
