As a Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 29+years of experience in Gases, Petrochemical and Power industries, I have acquired extensive knowledge and skills in Operations and Project Management, Business Management, Material Management, and Lean Management. I have worked with strategic partners, emerging joint ventures, and government bodies, and I am an advocate for sustainability and net-zero energy.Lastly Worked with GREENSTAT, a Norwegian Energy Company with a focus on Green Hydrogen, Solar Energy, Industrial Wind Energy diversified, as a Project Manager Lead. I am responsible for project planning, execution, team building, and business development in Renewable Energy for better sustainability in India and abroad. My role involves coordinating various businesses\' presence locally and globally to support energy initiatives and partnerships of development to enhance market share. I am handling various Alkaline, PEM Electrolysers for Green Hydrogen Generation as potential dependence to achieve Net Zero.At my previous employer, LINDE GROUP, I worked for HYDROGEN AND ASU PLANTS for West and North India. My role was to ensure asset integrity by maintaining plant equipment and systems. I was responsible for the maintenance of plant static equipment, rotaries, cryogenic equipment, and reformers with safety as a KPI. I was responsible for procurement of spares and adherence to SHEQ using SAP MM module and SRM. Planned and executed overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds. I also led a team of site organizations and coordinated with other project departments regarding jobs that required the involvement of other discipline areas. I supported the Reliability team on the agenda of CBM, problem-solving with the help of RCA.Made annual plans for CAPEX/OPEX/projects and their executions within the target frame. Responsible for taking the lead in SHEQ culture/behavior by attending various audits like ISO/DUPONT. Mentored and monitored the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process safety operations and safety managementPrior to that I worked at HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES for ALDUR POWER BAHRAIN as a Mechanical engineer with SUEZ TRACTABEL as owners\' engineers and GE as technical advisor for a 1350 MW IWPP combination cycle power project following safety System.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
