I drove high standards for quality, stability and high velocity product development, using a single delivery platform for all products that included 20+ different backend integrations from 10+ countries. I also participated in solutioning, architecting, designing, and coding best practices, and managed new feature development, enhancements, and day-to-day production issues. My core competencies include global delivery, leadership, product engineering, and scaling agile. I have a proven record of delivering technically competitive projects with both agile and waterfall models, with large distributed and multifunctional teams across multiple geographical locations.
