My3Tech, Inc. is a CMMI Level 3 company for IT Development and IT Services working directly with 35+ states across the US. We are a prominent System integrator and Managed Services for the State of South Dakota, where we managing their Legacy MMIS System, helping with Systems Modernization as well as Developing Data Warehouse Solution. Also providing Project Management and Technical support for their Child Care System as well as Child Care Licensing System modernization. Additionally, we are engaged in a few other projects within SD. We also collaborate with various departments within the State of Texas as well as City and County governments in Texas. Recently, we were awarded with Legacy system maintenance contract by State of Pennsylvania and also the Mainframes modernization project for the State of Washington. In addition to these government projects, we also serve several private clients.And as a Technical Recruiter with two years of experience at My3tech, I am building a strong foundation in recruiting top talent for technical roles. I have sharpened my skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates with specialized IT expertise to meet the diverse needs of clients across industries. My growing expertise in understanding and evaluating technical qualifications enables me to effectively align candidates with roles that match their skills and career goals.In my role, I use advanced sourcing techniques—including Boolean searches, job boards, social media, and networking strategies—to connect with both active and passive candidates. Leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools, I streamline the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in all stages of recruitment.
