Ltd, where I spearhead Automatic Transmission Calibration for leading OEMs. I lead and motivate calibration & reliability teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining compliance with global standards.Previously at Stellantis, I played a key role in root cause analysis (RCA) of critical failures, implementing corrective actions, and validating solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
