As the Technical Services Professional/ Tech Lead for Business Improvement Group, I have been instrumental in the implementation of IT solutions for integrating business processes in the telecom arena. I am involved in analysis, design, development, implementation and testing management of Project Life Cycle involving for Business Functions, Scoping of Project, Estimation of Cost & Time, Resource Optimization, Control Planning, Execution Monitoring and Delivery. I oversee Operation Management of centralized Rating and billing functions for all the 23 circles and enterprises business. I have successfully implemented IBM processes like service management and change management and shown active participation in planning and implementing new circles rollouts, new services and special projects.
