RRP Programme is a multi-year regulatory change initiative delivering new and enhanced capabilities to enforce compliance with the Bank of England’s (BoE) Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF) and Prudential Regulatory Authority’s (PRA) Group Recovery Plan (GRP) requirements. Reporting into the RRP Global Planning and Change Delivery Lead, responsibilities included:o Leading Governance and Control activities in line with Business needs ensuring they are aligned to HSBC’s processes.o Collaborate closely with the programme sponsor and senior business stakeholders to ensure the programme outcomes are achieved.o Making recommendations to influence decision making, to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation.o Manage the end-to-end delivery plan, ensuring progress of key programme outcomes.o Managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs), to the various forums including escalation as required.o Ensure material changes to scope, schedule, budget, or Business Case are effectively governed and managed through the Change Control process.
