Have 8+ years of experience in SMPS design and testing covering both isolated and non- isolated DC-DC and DC-AC, AC - DC converter design. So far worked on Power Electronics converter design, controller design,gate-driver design, power loss and thermal analysis,PCB layout design Magnetics design,EMI filter design for CE and RE (CISPR 25,CISPR 32b)etc, Full compliance testing and debugging. Have interest to learn more about bidirectional level 3 charging station, gate driver design,wide band gap based converter design, Power module and condition monitoring of power converter.Currently working on GaN reliability. I found interest to deep dive into device level physics for GaN HEMTs. Have basic understanding on Wafer level complicacy involved in lateral GaN HEMTs-Static reliability analysis using weibull curve plotting for predicting life time using accelerated test condition-Safe Operating Area curve modelling for CoolMOS and CoolGaN-Mission profiling for GaN switches considering a perticular application
