Implemented Benchmarking Studies for Operationalizing coal mining projects.\\\\n•Led the acquisition of Pro-Mineral Pvt. Limited (PMPL) having Global First Circular Iron Ore Pelletization Plant & Beneficiation unit through competitive IBC (Indian Bankruptcy Code). Negotiated & acquired at INR 279 Crores (65% haircut to claims admitted of Rs 602 Crores).\\\\n•Continued Support from technology provider Primetals Austria ensured, contract negotiated, conducted systematic plant audit, devised hot commissioning plan, & successfully commissioned the plant by remote commissioning from Linz, Austria.\\\\n•Commanded Definitive Feasibility Studies (DFS) for expansion of Pelletizing facility at PMPL to 4 MTPA.\\\\n•Coordinated the cross functional team in evaluating FACOR (Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited) under IBC process.\\\\n•Acquired Madanpur South Coal MDO Project through a competitive bidding process. Re-negotiated the Mine Service Agreement resulting in additional Revenue of Rs 1608 Crores.\\\\n•Acquired Bunder Diamond Project through competitive bidding process bearing 34 Million Carats of Diamonds. Project once developed will be amongst top ten diamond mines globally.\\\\n•Implemented sustainability framework for Mining Business. Published Second Sustainability Report 2021-22. Implemented on-line real time Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) System in record time of 14 weeks.\\\\n•Continuously led the bidding process for Mining Service portfolio and contributed enormously to grow it from single Project, to six projects, having combined capacity of +100 Million Tonnes, revenue potential +Rs Crores.\\\\n•Participated in global bidding process of Khnaiguiyah Copper Zinc Project, Saudi Arabia in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
