After 33+ years in corporate life, I am associated with Center for Creative Leadership to pursue my passion of helping business leaders make better choices. I provide guidance and support to business leaders as Advisor and Executive Coach. I continue to support Aon India Insurance Brokers Pvt. as a Director on the Board and its my honor to be the Chairman of the Board since 2021. Previous Experience Rakesh has worked with Aon/Aon Hewitt/Hewitt for 18 years where he built and led various businesses across human resource consulting and Aon Risk Services/insurance broking business. Rakesh as the Chief Executive Officer of Anviti Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.(acquired by Aon in 2021). Rakesh spearheaded setup of Anviti Insurance Brokers and established a strong foundation for Anviti\'s Insurance Broking business in India. Anviti was promoted by Catamaran, the proprietary investment firm of Mr. N.R. Narayana Murthy, founder of Infosys Limited. Prior to starting up Anviti, Rakesh was the Chief Executive Officer of Aon Risk Services in India that operated as a Joint Venture (Aon Global Insurance Brokers-AGIB). In this role Rakesh led the Risk Management business of Aon in India. Prior to Aon Risk Services, Rakesh was a Senior Partner and Practice Leader for Globalization and Business Transformation Practice at Aon Hewitt. In this role as the Business Leader, he was responsible for practice development and delivering project and providing thought leadership for the Globalization, Shared Services and Business Transformation Consulting. He initiated a number of new practice streams for Hewitt/Aon Hewitt that have become successful businesses and credible solutions. Rakesh has worked on numerous large scale cross border consulting assignments, on off-shoring strategy, process transformation, shared services strategy & set up, location and investment attractiveness strategy for governments and investment promotion agencies. Prior to joining Hewitt, Rakesh worked for large MNC (Xerox) and Indian business\'(HCL, B K Modi Group) in the field of corporate finance, corporate strategy, business planning, process improvement and re-engineering. Rakesh is a Graduate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered accountants of India and B.Com.(Hons), from Delhi University. He holds a Diploma in Computer Applications and Systems Analysis Rakesh has attended multiple programs of Harvard Business School. Rakesh is an ardent Formula 1 and Cricket fan and likes to listen to Indian Music in his free time.
