As a senior social development professional, writer, subject matter expert and speaker with over 17 years experience of working with Government, INGO’s, NGO’s/ CBO’s and Private Sector in leadership roles with expertise in Strategy development, Operations, Planning, Project Management & Implementation, Contract Management, Fund Raising, Sustainable Development, Project Evaluation, Feasibility Studies, Stakeholder Engagement, Government Relations, Social Impact Assessment etc. I am Post Graduate (M.A.) in Sociology & MSW, and have action based management & implementation experience in Community Development Projects, with specialized skills in project management, design & implementation, review and technical support in programs such as Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), Waste Management and Treatment, Air Quality Pollution Mitigation and Air Quality Index (AQI) improvement, Drinking Water Supply Programme (NRDWP), Water & Sanitation (WASH), Disaster Risk Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Skill Development, Community Empowerment etc. I am currently associated with “Centre for Social Responsibility Trust, Lucknow”, as a “Managing and Founder Trustee”, and an assignment signed with Arkitechno Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd, as a “Consultant- Community Development & IEC”, for “Uttrakhand Drinking Water Supply Programme“, its aims to provide safe drinking water and reduce drinking water related issues & risks in urban/ peri urban areas, by enhancing institutional capacities to integrate Pipe Water Supply Mechanisms and Water & Sanitation (WASH) related facility development. A part of this my roles and responsibilities is also related to establish linkage/coordination/convergence mechanism etc. with other concern development programs (Government and Non-Government) as well as to facilitate various activities on community requirement analysis, and enhance community capacities to manage WASH related issues in urban/ Peri Urban areas of Uttrakhand. Prior to this, I was associated with KPMG, UNDP, Government of Uttar Prdaesh, to managing various projects focused on Urban Development, Swachh Bharat Mission, Disaster Management, Decentralization, Good Governance, Water and Sanitation, Rural Development, Waste Management and Pollution Control with various stakeholders capacity building and technical assistance, for project planning and implementation.

   I am responsible for training a capacity building of stakeholders according to the \"Swachh Bharat Mission-Rural\" goals & objectives. Here I am delivering following activities-1- Review of the SBM-G Initiative Strategy to understand the scope of the capacity-building activities in the state.2. Develop convergence with the “Department of Rural Development and Panchyati Raj” stakeholders and to understand their capacity-building plans, scope and strategy. Review the strategy of the SBM-G objectives with those who are responsible for understanding capacity building plans and implementation activities.4. Review the training and capacity-building activities and prepare a summary document.5. Prepare a needs assessment for training and capacity building for various stakeholders through focus group discussions and surveys as appropriate.6. Identify key institutional partners for developing long term capacity building activities for the initiatives.7. Design training outlines, training modules, develop reading and IEC materials, develop video & audio clips, power point presentations etc. suitable for various stakeholders in association with institutional partners.
