Managing a globally dispersed activities related to Credit and Collections (C&C) and receivables (AR) processing. Carry out the objectives of internal Credit policy Setting strategy and direction for the C&C and AR function in order to deliver increasing value to the organization. Determine credit limit, credit period & risk categories for new clients by leveraging the credit assessment model. Ensuring operations meet pre-defined organization objective and goals (including DSO, Collection Forecasting & AR Ageing etc.) while meeting all related compliance requirements. Monitor AR Reconciliations, and related adjustment to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Review and analyze past due receivables and lead the periodic review of overdue accounts with cross functional teams and executive leaders. Partner with Sales & Legal to oversee the collection of past due invoices to execute the company’s collection processes & minimize bad debt loss. Addressing customer disputes concerning billing or service rendered with the concerned internal stakeholder and ensuring a time bond resolution. Authorize blocking or releasing sales orders based on defined approval matrix. Leading timely completion of various audits i.e Statutory & Internal. Formulating systems, procedures & manuals for revenue management of the region as well as maintaining commercial hygiene in alignment with Organizations requirements. Ensuring a robust deal management framework for all the deal executed. Facilitating Demand Planning & inventory management with a view to revenue maximization. Ensured SOX compliance and revenue recognition in the region Work closely with HR for people development, reward & resourcing. Mentor the team & provide them necessary support & enablers to help them in effectively servicing customer demand.
