Being head of a District looking after the Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management in Jeevika (BRLPS) is quite a great platform to develop skills in CBOs based project. The project not only opens a window to panorama of community based development scenario but also sharpened my skills in having better understanding towards the method and procedures in reaching POPs (poorest of the poor) of the society and bringing out sustainable improvement in their lives by working in different spheres of development.
