Currently, I am working on Tools like (Crowd Strike (AV & EDR),Sentinel One(AV & XDR) Zscaler (VPN, Internet access and private access), Malwarebytes (AV), Zilla Security (Access Review), Patch Manage Engine (Patch management tool), End Point Protector by CoSoSys (DLP Solution), RAPID7(SIEM) and managing the workflow with the help of ITSM Tool (Service Now)• Optimization Team: Planning the deployment and upgradation of security tools based on business requirements and environment.Created and implemented fast track standard change across multiple security tools to mitigate security issues and be compliant to security policies.Work on weekly compliance report, scheduling meetings, identifying vulnerabilities and planing to implement the fixes to non-complaint machines.• CrowdStrike(AV & EDR): Working on different types of alerts generated on servers and workstations, analyzing them through sandboxing on Fire-Eye, and checking hash on different platforms. Marking False-positive based on the hash analysis. Troubleshooting problems faced by the users based on agent diagnostic logs.• Endpoint Protector(Cocosys): Managing the Endpoint application and allowing the user(s) to upgrade patches by scheduling the Change Management process. Working on different types of enforcement levels, Analyze the problem, and work on troubleshooting. • Patch Manage Engine - Patch Manager allows us to detect missing patches, test patches, deploy them and provide detailed audit and compliance reports.• RAPID-7 - The Rapid7 Insight Platform collects data from across your environment, making it easy for teams to manage vulnerabilities, monitor for malicious behavior, investigate and shut down attacks, and automate your operations.• Jira : Create, track and manage tickets assigned to the team and process through the ticketing tool • Sentinal-One - SentinelOne is a next-generation endpoint protection platform designed to detect and prevent advanced malware, ransomware, and other sophisticated cyber attacks. It uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify and block threats in real-time, without requiring signatures or human intervention. • Mimecast - Email management platform for ensuring email security, archiving, continuity, and compliance. Experience in configuring and managing Mimecast policies for email filtering and threat protection. Familiarity with Mimecast administration console for monitoring email flows, managing user settings, and troubleshooting email-related issue.
