I’m a solution-oriented retail and hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in retail management, customer service, brand development, and artist management. I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences — where business, creativity, new tech and culture come together to tell a story.Currently, I manage the Outlets at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, overseeing the daily operations, planning, and merchandising of our F&B and retail spaces. I focus on optimizing systems, elevating service standards, and curating offerings that reflect the brand’s identity while delivering exceptional guest experiences.Before this, at Sea Crest Beach Resort (under Hersha Hospitality Management), I led the retail store and coffee shop, implementing real-time inventory systems, strategic buying, and supplier partnerships that improved efficiency and profitability. I also led the service training that helped teams connect better with guests through storytelling and authentic hospitality.In addition to operations and guest experience, I bring strong proficiency in on-property IT management. I work extensively with hospitality software systems — including POS, PMS, inventory management, reservations, CRM, and event-coordination platforms — ensuring seamless integration across departments.Beyond hospitality, I’ve worked as a Brand and Business Development Consultant, helping lifestyle and hospitality brands scale through creative strategy, operational excellence, and customer experience design. Growing up in an Air Force family has taught me discipline, adaptability, and a global perspective. Qualities that guide my leadership and problem-solving style.A global traveller with South Indian roots, I draw inspiration from cultures, craftsmanship, and cuisines around the world. My deep love for Carnatic music, a niche yet profound form of South Indian classical art, shapes how I see rhythm, emotion, and storytelling in everything I do. Married to a sort after Carnatic musician, I also manage artists and live concert productions, blending business structure with artistic creativity.At my core, I believe true hospitality and brand storytelling come from empathy, attention to detail, and authenticity.
