The RME Team Leader (Reliability Maintenance Engineer ) is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and reliability of all plant equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure. This role ensures that machinery and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. The Maintenance Manager leads a team of technicians and coordinates with cross-functional departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance. Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure minimum downtime of production and utility equipment (DGs, chillers, conveyors, transformers, HVAC, Maintain critical spares inventory, procurement tracking, and store coordination. Track and improve key metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns and develop long-term fixes.
